Home ethernet cut at box

At &t removed their devices and cut all my ethernet cords that were connected to the router. Here's a pic. I need to know what I need to patch these and make restore ether net to the individual rooms of my home. I have already found 1 room (the one wrapped in white wire is indicated)

You need a crimp tool, some RJ45 connectors, and a simple test tool to fix the cables. Then an ethernet switch to connect the rooms together.

What's a good switch for about 7 rooms that have ether net jacks? I assume 1 of those wires is the one coming from my router?

Almost any 8 port gigabit switch will be fine. They all perform equally any more.
