Question Home lab and media streaming server

I am trying to build a Home lab and media streaming server (with Plex or Jellyfin). Here is my parts list https://pcpartpicker.com/user/ramz_u/saved/#view=BbftWZ

Need help with two questions:
1) Does my RAM configuration work? Because in the AMD Ryzen 5 7600X specifications, it was mentioned Max Memory Speed - 2x1R DDR5-5200, but MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI has 4x DDR5 slots. Can I install a 4 x 32 GB kit?

2) Does the overall configuration support a Home lab and media streaming server?

You can install a 4x32 kit. What clock speed it will run at is really the question.
Do you plan on running a lot of VMs? Your 128GB may be completely wasted otherwise.

Yeah. I am yet to decide between Windows Home or TruNAS Scale
