I have a XenServer Hypervisor which is connected to my home wireless router and has a IP assigned by the router 192.168.80.x
The router has DHCP enabled which assigns IP to my home devices. I assigned one of the IP to the Hypervisor and configured as static based on MAC on the home router.
I have installed multiple VMs on the XenServer that include 3 Windows Server 2012 running the below services:
VM 1 - AD/DHCP/DNS
VM 2 - RRAS and NAT
VM 3 - Member Server joined to the domain.
The NAT Server has 2 virtual NICs configured as Public and Private interface.
Public Interface has IP from my home router - 192.168.80.x
Private Interface has a internal IP - 192.168.100.x
I setup the NAT server to allow internet access for VMs and also configured Port forwarding to allow RDP to my DC from my personal devices connected to my home wireless router network i.e 192.168.80.x
On the DC I configured DHCP to assign IPs to all the VMs. i.e 192.168.100.x
All works fine, I'm able to access internet from VMs and also able to RDP from my personal laptop to the DC.
But I have a problem, my personal devices on my home wireless network have started getting IP addresses assigned by the VM DHCP server on the lab network which is on a different subnet - 192.168.100.x and are now unable to connect to internet.
I'm confused how this would have happened, Im now forced to assign static IP (192.168.80.x) to all my personal devices to be able to access internet.
My Personal devices should be able to access internet and also able to get IP address from the router only. I need to be also able to RDP from my personal devices to the VMs on the other subnet.

Please can someone suggest a better way to configure the network that would basically work like :
DHCP Server should only assign IP to the VMs on the Private subnet
All VMs should be able to access internet (via my wireless router) and also be able to communicate within the private subnet.
My Personal devices should be able to access internet and also able to get IP address from the router only. I need to be also able to RDP from my personal devices to the VMs on the other subnet.
