Question Home Network Connecting Ethernet - No - Wireless - Yes

I admit that networking is not my forte in the least. I can do the standard sharing folders, checking permissions, etc but it doesn't extend past that. So when I can usually communicate with my second laptop in my house from my Windows 11 to Windows 10 all of a sudden stops, I'm a bit lost. I finally got it working again by turning on the wifi (it's always connected by cord), and that works just fine.

Can anyone share why that might be?

Just to be super clear... I'm on my Windows 11, open Explorer, and can normally see the shared files and folders on the Windows 10 laptop just fine. However, recently that stopped. I tried checking permission, security features, guest access, etc to no avail. Finally tried turning on the wifi and immediately I'm able to connect. I think the "private firewall" has something to do with it also as I can connect when it's off and the wifi is on, but not vice versa.

One last thing, when using my phone I have no problem at all connecting to the Windows 10 no matter what those settings are.

Make and model laptop?

Only one network adapter, either wired or wireless should be enabled on the laptop.

Not both wired and wireless at the same time.

Some laptops will turn off wireless if a wired connection is detected.

On the laptop run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt and post the results.

Make and model router (or Modem/Router if combined)?

My thought is that a duplicate IP address is occurring.

Make and model router?

I am wondering about a couple of the configuration settings but do not want to make any change suggestions without knowing the router's default values.

Do you have full admin rights to the router? If not you, who?

Which laptop was that "ipconfig /all" from: the Windows 10 laptop or the Windows 11 laptop?

Only matters (for the moment) because I would like to see the "ipconfig /all" results from the other/second laptop in order to compare the laptops.

Do you know if your ISP supports IPv6?

I do have full admin rights. That was the config from Windows 10. The one below is from Windows 11 (main laptop). I'm not sure if it supports it, but I did see in the router settings that the IPv6 is disabled (https://paste.pics/GUEQT).
