Hi there
To familiarise myself with Windows Server 2016, I repurposed an old PC I had at home with an installation of Windows Server 2016 , and it works quite happily as a fileshare. I use VMs a lot at work, and I thought that I'd try adding a linux VM (and if it went well, that I'd upgrade the home server to make it capable of supporting a couple of different VMs.

I have added a ubuntu VM, and by remote desktop from my main home PC (not the repurposed server), i can access the windows server desktop, Hyper V manager and the linux machine via the console. What I want to know is, how do I add the linux VM to my main network and thus enable RDP directly to it rather than via the console on the server? As you can tell, I'm a bit of a novice with this! Happy to provide any further details if anyone thinks they can help!
