I am doing my first ever pc build for my parents office pc for there business to mainly run quickbooks and be used for internet and email etc...

I will have a monitor mouse and keyboard already as well as a copy of win 7 64 bit

My question is do I need a graphics card for this since these processors have the built in technology, If so which one would be a good cheap choice or is the graphics on the processor good enough for business use.

Also any other recommendations would be much appreciated!

The built in HD GPU on the 2400 is enough for their use.

Also one more question. Say one of my siblings wants to play sims or sc2 or something, is there any good video cards less then 75$ in case I decide to throw one in it in the future?

The i5 2400 is a very powerful processor . Much more than you need for Quickbooks

I think you should get a 2100 , an H67 motherboard for the improved connectivity

and a quality case that would suit an office environment

Yea it will get other use too like home use with iTunes maybe playing a game or two in the future

Home office builds are simple. All you need is a competent CPU/motherboard combination with the needed connectivity. I am still using G41 motherboards with E5200 and E6500 CPU's.

Does everything I need to do in the office.
