Thinking of building a home server with an Intel i5-655k and Gigabyte GA-Q57M-S2H. The speed of the machine will be more than enough on stock but able to oc a little when i get bored. Will the combination of components still allow me to use AMT (poor man's iLO)?

I wanted to add a bit more description. I will probably have about 8GB ram in the box and a 3rd party RAID controller. The basic system will likely be running xenserver with a variety of virtual machines. i know the i5-650 will be compatible with the motherboard i have selected but the i5-655k is only slightly more $ and has the unlocked multi. Intel say this chip does not have Trusted Execution Technology so not sure if it will support AMT -Thanks for any replies to my post.
