Home Studio Platinum 13 not loading Win10

I just upgraded to windows 10 after installing a new GPU (Gigabyte R9 390x) and cannot load Movie Studio Platinum 13.0 (64-bit) Build 955. It gets stuck at Creating Windows and comes up with an Error Report.

That just tells me Movie Studio is already installed and to uninstall it before trying to reinstall. The crazy thing is every other software that came with Movie Studio (ACID Music Studio and Sound Forge) work fine. Any idea what will happen if I uninstall Movie Studio? Will I lose my edits?

Well I uninstalled and reinstalled it and same result:
