Hello,

I want to build my first Gaming PC and would like to know if the picked parts are fine:

CPU: I5 4570
http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/Intel-Core-i5-4570-4x-3-20GHz-So-1150-BOX_854453.html

Mainboard: ASRock H87M Pro4 Intel H87

PSU: 620 Watt Seasonic S12II Bronze Non-Modular 80+ Bronze
http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/620-Watt-Seasonic-S12II-Bronze-Non-Modular-80--Bronze_638249.html

Ram: 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3-1600 DIMM CL9 Dual Kit
http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/8GB-Crucial-Ballistix-Sport-DDR3-1600-DIMM-CL9-Dual-Kit_794504.html

HDD: 1000GB Seagate Desktop HDD

As GPU Im not sure wether to take a R9 280X or a GTX 770.

The R9 would be the 3072MB Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Toxic Aktiv (279€) or the 3072MB Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X Windforce 3x OC. The Windforce would be pretty cheap (242€).

The GTX would be the 2048MB Palit GeForce GTX 770 JetStream Aktiv (277€)

Which card would you pick? Are they fit to my other Components? Do I have to change the PSU if I decide to take the 280x Toxic?

My Intel would use the stock Cooler, is that fine? I hope it will not bottleneck the GPU.

THX

Solution
Your intel will not bottleneck your gpu, however stock cooler is quite terrible.
if you want a good cheap aftermarket cooler, the hyper evo 212 is popular ($30)
for a bit more and more room, the h80i is good as well. (closed loop water cooler) ($80)

I would personally take the GTX 770, as it has a higher benchmark rating, better physx utilization
and use of the new G-Sync (great technology!!)

Your cpu will not bottleneck your gpu. Your psu is more than enough for 1 gpu. Though if you plan on crossfire/sli in teh future (2 gpu) you might need more. The stock cooler is enough if you dont overclock. Imo id go with the gtx 770. But whatever gpu you pick youll be happy. An ssd is always useful to have but not necessary.Do you need an OS? And you should also consider an optical drive. Cheap and useful

Agree with the other two comments, just for my 2 pence worth regarding the stock cooler. The stock cooler will work fine and will keep the processor at an acceptable temperature, but I do find the stock coolers a little bit on the noisy side. So I would advise building with the stock cooler and go by your own preference, if it's too noisy it's not too difficult to swap out.
