Homegroup Incorrect password

Dear Sir
I have 2 win 7 pc when i create a home group a shows a password,ok well but when i entered the password in 2nd pc it says password is incorrect,the password case sensitivity,So please give me a solution..

Note: I am currently not use any antivirus.

Try to ping the hostname, or IP address of each PC from the other PC. They should each be able to ping each other.
