HomeGroupUser$ is my default login

I recently upgraded to Windows 10, now every time I turn my computer on it automatically goes to login with an account called "HomeGroupUser$". this isnt a big problem but its very annoying.

I've not seen this problem before, but I was able to find one other person on the Microsoft Forums that shared the same issue. I'm posting a link to the thread below. This occured on a Windows 7 installation as well.

Unfortunatley it looks like all their troubleshooting advice didn't produce a fix for the problem, but it might be a place to start and if it doesn't work let us know.

I honestly suspect the best use of your time would be to either try a repair, or backup your data and re-install Windows 10.
