I recently posted a question on this forum and received some helpful advice. However this time my budget has increased. Can you guys give me some advice for a gaming pc that can run Battlefield 3, FarCry and Crysis on ultra settings. I have some requirements in this build such as an eight core CPU, a motherboard with HDMI out and a SSD instead of a HDD (no need to go above 120GB). I have all other components such as OS, mouse, keyboard and monitor. Thank you

Solution
You mean a GPU with HDMI out. You do not connect the monitor to the motherboard, you connect it to the GPU. And all modern GPU's have HDMI out.

An 8 core CPU may be a waste because most games use only one or two cores and a few use four. nothing more. Look into getting an i5. That will be your best bet for a gaming CPU.

I think some of your requirements are a bit odd. Why do you need an octocore? Because the next-gen consoles have them? Or do you do video editing of some kind? What about the SSD? 128GB is not a lot of storage for gaming. I think your requirement of maxing out Crysis 3 and Far Cry 3 is a bit unrealistic with this build, but here you go:
