homepage messed up

if I click on product reviews it doesnt lay over the arcticles.

It doesn't bring up one of those annoying drop down menus to chose what review category you want?

I like when those menus are there optionally but when they are mandatory with no option to click the heading everything breaks when it doesn't work on this browser or that browser.
