Hooking multiple routers together? Configurations?

Can anyone help me on setting two network, I try but the other other network is so slow and a lot of time will not connect to the net, please help

Please describe what you have already tried.

This is a common thing to do. When I was repairing a lot of PCs at my home I connected them behind a second router so they were isolated from my home PCs.
