[SOLVED] Hooking up your TV to your PC

I Have recently joined Netflix and I have an apple laptop. I have the cable to hook up the laptop to the TV and it works great. My question is: What do I need to do to get the sound to come from the TV not the laptop? I would greatly appreciate HELP asap. THANK YOU dsc

You would need to connect a 3.5mm jack to the headphones port because the the display connector only covers video output.
