Any 2133 or better RAM is fast enough for Ryzen. It is up to the motherboard and BIOS if you get any higher clock speed out of a specific model of RAM. That 3000 Corsair might only run at 2400 on a given motherboard model.
That is why motherboard manufacturers post qualified lists of memory. That gives you insight into how a specific type of RAM will perform with a specific model of motherboard.
