Hello,

I am trying to install windows 7 on my new laptop DELL INS 5559. I created a USB Boot via Rufus and also a DVD with Windows ISO Burner.

Problem is 3 phased :

If I just use USB stick :

Then it gives "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing" error. I have tried unplug and plug many times with different styles, not worked.

If I just use DVD :

I can't boot with it, after power on it gives "boot failed, press a key to restart" error.

If I use both of them :

I boot via USB which is fine and I come to install screen, I choose Windows 7 version and at hard-disk partition choosing it gives "Setup was unable to create a new system partition" error in both partitions. One is 300GB System Type, other is 630GB Primary type.

Another crazy problem :

I can just use diskpart in welcome install screen, not in partition select screen.

I did same thing in above, when I restart it gave BOOTMGR missing error, I try to diskpart again and my partition was lost! 959GB Disk but 0B free!

I can supply any screenshot you want, just please help me get over this problem. It has been 2 days now, I searched all around the net but didn't find anything at all.

Solution
Which website did you grab your iso/dvd physical disk from ?
Use this tool here for your windows 7 iso creation on usb or dvd.
Poweriso for quick loading of a iso and direct burn to cd/dvd.

Also when installing windows 7, when you have "2" hard disks/ssd's unplug one of them.
Take which drive you want to be the primary drive, start the windows 7 installation.
Next you tell the installation, you want to delete the current partition and format it with a clean install.

View this first then go ahead and try it yourself if something is wrong with the drives itself.
Power off your laptop, open the hdd bay underneath, tell us which hdd name and model number you have,
I can look up the drive model and get you a tool to scan with to see if something is wrong with it.
