Hoping to get help for my flash drive

I inserted the flash drive and I right clicked but it's not showing anything that has to do with online or something like that. Can I please get a help with that?

The flash drive doesn't have a name and the laptop is not OS it's windows i8

Windows 8 is an OS (Operating System) and by device I meant what is the thing you are plugging USB into, Laptop, desktop, tablet, phone ???
