Question Hoping to Overclock i5-4690k 3.5 Unsure Whats Safe

I have had my build for a couple of years now and instead of spending money on a new build
Im wanting to overclock my current CPU as i never have, i just have no idea what to do, and whats safe temps for what im running

i5-4690k
GTX 1060 6GB GPU
16GB G.Skill DDR3
AsRock Z97 Extreme 4
NZXT Kraken X41 Water Cooler

What would be performance enhancing without creating issues?

My old 4690k overclocked quite good and I used it for years with 4,5 ghz @ 1.285 v.

Keep in mind to read an overclocking guide for haswell cpus first and try to proceed step by step. I would increase the multiplier until you get unstable and then add a little more voltage and see if you get it stable again. You might also adjust the package voltage and ring voltages.
