Question Horizontal and Vertical Lines on IPS Display

I use a chinese console for NES, SNES, MAME, GBA and MD emulation. I gives me a decent 40-50 fps on every platform. When I bought it, it already had a blue horizontal line at the bottom which wasn't too distracting, so I didn't give much attention to it. But some months ago, I grew a vertical line that changes colour every 1-2 minutes. Is there any way to fix it? Here's an image to show how it looks like.

Is there any way to fix it?

Replace the display panel. Might want to buy donor device for that.

Or when it is cheap, buy another console. Chinese products doesn't excel with reliability though.
