Horizontal banding with my new MSI 7850

I have this strange moving series of horizonal lines appearing during games with my 7850. It doesn't appear on screenshots, and I'm not sure what's causing it.
I'm connecting the 7850 to my 24" Dell monitor using VGA.

Any ideas? I had no problem at all with my old GPU

It could be the problem with the VGA cable.

Can you try different cable (DVI, HDMI)?
