Question Horizontal bars on my Clevo screen with ghosted images

I’ve got a Clevo P750DM-G that’s experiencing a weird screen issue. It was running in my office for a few days and when I looked at it today I saw that it had 2 horizontal bars on the screen. These are visible at boot so it’s not a windows issue. Within the bars you can see some ghosted image and even a little text. These bars do not appear on a TV connected by HDMI. This is with the 4K screen and I’ve upgraded the MXM card from a 970M to a 980M last year (correct bios). Using a totally white background does make the bars disappear fully. The laptop has seen very little use but we’ve been playing a lot of Plex movies the last couple of weeks so the GPU might have been taxed off and on. I’m at a loss since at finding a similar issue or soution from my online searches.

Note- the bars on my screen seem to have a flicker to them like they are refreshing slower than my screen. No activity on the computer seems to affect the flicker or appearance of the bars besides bright white items making them invisible.
