[SOLVED] Horizontal build help

I have $800 for a build I'm lost I've tried to get parts for build but I keep going up short on great insides that can play these games I need help with horizontal build that can play great games like destiny 2, GTA 5 etc.....

What do you mean by horizontal?

A case that can be laid horizontal not vertical like most cases I don't have room for a vertical gaming PC
