Question Horizontal flickering bar near the top of my monitor screen ?

As of recent, there’s been a flickering bar that’s the same colour as what I’ve got playing on my monitor near the top of my screen eg, if I had a blue bottom half of my screen then the flickering bar will also be blue

the monitor is maybe a few months old and I have no idea what would cause this

Check your keyboard for any keys that might be pressed from something on it. Is your mouse working correctly? Where is your cursor residing?
