Horizontal Flickering Lines on Monitor

As the titles says, I'm getting Horizontal Flickering Lines on my monitor. I'm getting those lines after watching videos on youtube in fullscreen.

try cleaning your ram cards,if it don't solve the problem it might be your graphics card.
