Horizontal flickering lines on TV via hdmi

Hi guys

I have my pc hooked to a 43inch TV and while i updated graphic drivers (r9 280 card-16.6.2)
i have flickering issues exactly like in this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9QIFZ6o26uM

Interestingly enough when i lowered my resolution from 1920x1024 to 1600x900 the flickering was gone.. It happens in games and out of games.

I hope its not a graphics card problem (its new) cause i dont want to send it back..

It seems i found myself the solution !!

After making the resolution 1980x1024 my TV instantly (and arbitrarily) set the Hertz at 30.. I believe that was why i was having these flickers. I changed it to 60 Hz and the only thing i have to test now is games.
