Question Horizontal Lines after turning the monitor on

Hello,

I'm having this monitor "Samsung CFG70" 24 inch and 144Hz, its connected to MSI GTX 1060 6G OC via DisplayPort v1.2, all drivers/firmware/bios are up-to-date.

The issue here is after turning on the monitor while it was off for more than 5 hours, I come across horizontal lines along with mouse movement stuttering/lagging and it lasts for less than minutes then it doesn't happen again until the monitor gets turned off for more than 5 hours and on again.

Keep in mind that I've Samsung 49" TV connected via HDMI to the same Graphics card.

Any suggestions?

Update: It disappeared after unplugging the TV, what would cause that?
