Horizontal lines distortion

Hi
I have asus vx 238h monitor and i have problem with the display of horizontal lines while in motion (moving scroling) the lines looks disorted or dashed

This image show the problem in the top edge of the tab
Sry for bad quality cause screenshot wont show the problem

It looks like a row of stuck/broken pixels... Can you try taking a screenshot instead of a picture? If it doesn't appear in the screenshots then it is the monitor. If it does then it is the GPU.

If it doesn't appear in screenshots then it is your monitor. Yes it follows the line because the pixels are broken or are not functioning correctly. Change your monitor. RMA it because if it has more than 5 dead pixels it qualifies for an RMA if it is under warranty.

The pixel work fine if the tab or. Page is stabel
The distortion only appear while scrolling does that count as a dead pixel or a dealy ? It like they are catching the line

Best you can do - borrow from someone (friend of family member if she/he has one) another monitor & connect it to your PC & see what happens. If those lines distortion still appear, it's your GPU, if not, then it's your monitor problem.

i tryed my tv on the pc
the problem appear but in verry smal propotion not like the monitor but still
the horizontal line will lose the sharpens while scrolling.
any solution ?

If all your drivers are updated then it probably isn't a driver problem however you can try to uninstall your current drivers and reinstall them again. However a bad driver would usually cause a BSOD and not a pixel problem like you are describing.
