Try aligning and cleaning your cartridges, or even replacing your cyan/magenta ones.

i already replaced the cyan . i dont think cleaning and aligning the cartridges will help but ill try it

horizontal lines on an inkjet printer are caused by blocked print nozzles. do a nozzle check. if nozzles are blocked, run head clean, then check and repeat until nozzles are uncloged. if you have tried 4 or more times and no success, leave for 12 hrs then try again. ink dissolves itself over time. after that then its probably a blocked head and you need to replace it.

i still have horizontal lines. i tried cleaning the print head. it didnt help. the print head needs to be aligned. when i print the test alignment, the first column on the top left and the first column bottom left dont print at all. so i dont know how to do the alignment. when i print a page there is almost no black on it. if you can help it would be appreciated but maybe i just need a new printer

the columns arent printing because you have blocked nozzles. do a nozzle check and you will see this. An alignment will fix vertical lines only, not horizontal lines. If running head cleans has not fixed it then you will be best off to replace the printer.
