So I've sent an email dated Oct 23, 2015.

I emailed
rma@phanteks.com
support@phanteks.com
support@phanteksusa.com

and chat them in Facebook

and after almost 2 months. I still don't have any reply from them.

I thought they have an awesome after sales service? what happened?

Problems with my case(Phanteks Enthoo Pro):

led light doesnt stay, it just blink once.
200mm and 140mm not working (yes they're inserted correctly)
side panels both got scratches the window and the other side.

the case itself got some dents but it's tolerable. (for me, as I don't want to ship the whole case to them)

do we have any Phanteks Representative here?

Damn, Yours must have been used previously by someone very rough, was returned and then sold to you. Can't the seller just refund you, they should not expect you to take it as is unless they stated these issues before sale with a discount. Maybe they just believe it was you who damaged it and refuse on those grounds. Be nice, Demanding or rude behaviour will only make them ignore you more

I don't think it's used, because it's completely wrapped in an undamaged and very clean box lol.

so I think it's just Phanteks QC fault.

I hope someone here can help me with my problem. I'm a Corsair Fanboy and I really love how they respond to their customers.
I just liked this Phanteks Case (damn it's beautiful) but it doesn't work well. and they don't reply in my emails.

i would pursue the seller first, but then that would of been better to do immediately on receiving

Are you sure you removed any protective film from the window and/or the side panels? If you wanna reply, your best best is to post a well worded (short and polite) negative review on either newegg or amazon. Reps always seem to be hanging around there.

Hmmm, not the experience I had, not that I don't believe you. I called their phone and a rep answered, he was quite ready to help and I ended the call with the information I needed. maybe call there and talk directly to someone?

That's unfortunate, I'm not sure what advice to give for the Philippines. My enthoo pro came with a scratched window and some paint chips in the side panel. I contacted support and took a couple photos and emailed them. They were great to work with and sent me a brand new side panel. There is (or was) a rep who was visiting the overclock.net forum.

I'm not sure what he can do from the u.s. but maybe he can help though it looks as if he hasn't posted in a month. I believe he's the rep who helped me out with my case.
