horrible fps in csgo help please!

I have an acer aspire V5-571PG laptop currently running on windows10 with i7-3537U dual core @2.00ghz, 8gb ram and nvidia geforce710m. I seem to have problems even maintaing 60 fps constantly in CS:GO. any help??

Update GPU drivers on Nvidia website.
Lower graphics.
Set launch options. -threads 4 -freq 60 -refresh 60 -processheap -novid -nojoy -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -high -tickrate 128 -threads 4 -nod3d9ex -noaafonts -console

Paste that in your csgo launch options(go to steam library right click on csgo go to properties and set launch options)
