Horrible FPS in some games

Hello! So, this has been happening for a while now and it's driving me crazy. Some games like Rocket League are running alright, there are some lag spikes here and there but i can live with it, but games like CS:GO or Rust, they are running really bad. For example, CS:GO was a game that i used to run pretty well, but now it has something around 20 FPS, maybe 15 at sometimes and at some point of time the audio cuts and i have to restart the game to get the audio back. The audio lags alot in Rocket League too, but I just mute it all the time. What component could be the problem? I recently just installed a new SSD into my computer hoping it would go away. Specs : OS : Win10-64bit, CPU : AMD Athlon 2 X4 651 (i think this comp is causing the problem), RAM : 8GB, GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050ti, SSD : 120GB Kingston, PSU : something with 500W

I have a R9 280 which is about the same performance as your 1050ti. My FPS min is around 85 so there is something wrong for sure. I suggest you optimze your windows using ccleaner and shutdown unneeded servers by blackvipers safe settings.
