Horrible Fps Lag in Tribes ascend

HI. My comp used to run tribes ascend fine but now since they added new **** it seems to stutter and be unplayable. I also got a megaladon headset and i dunno if thats the case either. I tried alot of **** with amd driver n stuff but nothing. here are my specs. I got liquid cooling and stuff so I dunno if its over heating i dont think it is. please help here are my specs. All my stuff is overclocked as well.
