Question Horrible frame rate issues with AMD

I've been having some horrible fps issues recently. I have a rx 580 4gb card, intel i5 7400 cpu, and 16gb ram. I used to be able to run all my games on ultra settings with no problem but now it doesnt matter how low i change the settings the fps drops 30 and lower, I even got to 1fps on rocket league. I've noticed my disk drive usage sometimes spikes to 100% but that only happens for a second and my other readings never pop up above 60 or 70%. Update drivers and OS and that made most issues worse. However, the worst drops happen in the witcher 3 and frontline mode in mordhau but when I look at my specs nothing is running hard at all. I'm very confused as to what is happenjng.

temps of the CPU/GPU? HDD/SSD model names? really weird. never head of that.

So the rx580 is a new card? Did you properly uninstall the drivers of your previous card using DDU?
