Horrible internet connection (Frontier)

I've had horrible internet connection for a while now. Even at midnight-4 am its still terrible. I try and play League or Battlefield and the ping is around 250-700ms.

From this it looks like the problem is on the side of the ISP but I can't really tell.

Have you tried a Speedtest? What is your up/down speed? Make sure to pick a server at least 200 miles from your location for an accurate test.

Yes, about 40 miles and the ping/down/up speed its 301ms/2.07mbps/0.36mbps. When im paying for 12mbps down.

So you didn't test a server that's a minimum of 200 miles away? Sigh. The reason for the distance is to make sure you're outside of your ISP. Heck, pick a server on the other side of the country. Don't just do a single test. Either way, if you're paying for 12 Mb down and only getting 2 Mb, time to call your ISP.

Oops, sorry misread your request. Just did a test to California and got 283 ping 2.38 down and .46 up.
