Basically my whole pc feels like my mouse is inconsistent and laggy and Games are very stuttery I have tried multiple driver versions including 19.12.1 20.42 20.83 and I also tried installing just the driver and not Radeon settings all of them feel stuttery and like crap a couple weeks ago I had this problem and sometimes it would be better sometimes it would be complete crap but then I found out my r5 1600 af was at 95c while playing games constantly throttling I then fixed that and my games felt amazing the sens was consistent and the games ran perfect it no longer felt like even the tiniest change in FPS would change my sens and my mouse responsiveness but then randomly it went to crap again when I uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers which I use 19.12.1 and now it is so stuttery I can’t even play and my sens feels shaky and my mouse feels delayed my pc specs are
