Host process high memory and cpu usage

hi guys i have a problem while using win 10 after a while windows stuck and i found that ( Host process for windows tasks ) consumes 94 % of my memory !!
any help plz ....
System specs :
Processor : intel(R) core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50 GHz 2.59 GHz
RAM : 8.00 GB
system type : 64-bit
operating system : windows 10 pro

Have you made sure your installer isn't corrupted? You can try and perform a repair install and see if the issue is averted. The issue is dubbed as a memory leak and can also take out your HDD and CPU resources to make your system seem to move at a snails pace.
