Hosting Virtual Machines trough a control panel?

Hi,

I want to host multiple virtual machines on my server
I am planning to use a clean install of debian (64bit) (NO gui)

The main problem is that I want a webpanel
To support my vm’s on. I recently saw a picture from openvz
That had a control panel to support vm’s and see specs on (from the main server)
trough localhost.

I hope that someone can help me out beqause I dont really uderstand what I need
to install and how.
