Hostname cannot be found

I have a Z431 from att with consumer cellular sdrvice and everh time I try to get on web it says cannot find hostname.

The best, although most painful thing imaginable, is to call ATT tech support and force them to make it work, as it could be an issue on their end.

Ok I will try that,,,,one more thing what the heck is a PUK code

A PIN unlock code that you need to get from ATT that usually occurs after to many incorrect PIN entries cause it to lock.
