The 200T isn't a good choice for that CPU.
For installation main issue would be:
1) paste amount (roughly 5mm diameter "pea sized" amount is all you need), or
2) heatsink not mounted correctly, or
3) fan speed incorrect (bad profile or bad fan).
4) CPU cooler on max fan speed just not sufficient
Other:
Of course case fans for exhaust (in-line with CPU fan preferably) and Intake (at least one 120mm fan) and ambient room temp are other factors.
*However, if 90degC when just gaming?
That's bad as that never comes even close to maxing out the CPU. With a great cooler that maxed at 80degC (i.e. good Noctua) at 5GHz under full load you might be closer to 50degC when gaming.
SUMMARY:
1) I'd get a better cooler, but
2) your temps still seem too high when just gaming
Having said all that, the possibility exists that it's somewhat HOTTER there than here, that the motherboard does its own overclock, and that your case cooling isn't great so it's possible 90degC is simply what the cooler is capable of with your setup and environment.
I'll post some recommended coolers below.
