I have a 2013 model Nexus 7 running stock Lollipop 5.1. It is ALWAYS hot. No matter what, even if I'm just browsing the web, it is uncomfortably hot after being used for a little while. When gaming, I can't even touch the area of the case where the CPU is located. It's not some super high end octa-core beast, so why is it so hot? Browsing Tom's hardware I'm getting temps of up to 65 degrees Celsius, which makes the tablet quite uncomfortable to hold. If I'm holding it sideways it's especially annoying because I have to hold the top of the tablet, where the CPU is located. Is there anything I can do to reduce the temps? I don't have a case on it, and it's not the battery that's making it so hot, even when charging, by looking at the temps the CPU is always what's throwing off the most heat. Any way to solve this?
