I want opinions on what is better...
Buying internet service, having router for laptop, cell phones, and tv.
Or
Buying a mobile hotspot device?
Take this into consideration...

$200/year means $16.66/mo, which most probably excludes any 3G/4G options, and gives you very limited cable or DSL plans. Having a TV in the picture means you want to stream to it, and with $16 plan you will be very limited.

After all - it depends on where you live, and what is available in your region.
