Hot Swappable Sata / IDE Drives

I do computer repair in my spare time and I am always having to backup customer's data. I am trying to see if there is anyway I can buy a case or some adapter underneath the DVD drive for a 3.5 / 2.5 Sata Drive and a 3.5 / 2.5 IDE Drive. I have a nice dell computer I am willing to move the motherboard and such from one case to the other if needed.

All suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I just put one of these *inside* my PC to make it easier to swap SSDs around. Inside because I don't like having my system disk removable without at least removing the side panel
