Hot To Fit Gaming Setup In Limited Desk Space

So, I have very limited space in my room, and I have no other spare rooms i can transform into my office. My problem is, I'm trying to fit a Xbox 360, a gaming PC, and a 27" BenQ monitor on a 1 meter space. Im' having trouble fitting everything on, and i have several problems.

-Very limited Desk space
-Everything gets cluttered
-All the Cables really get in the way and i have to put trophies from my Kung Fu tournaments to hide them.
-My sound system is 5.1 on my pc, but I have no room for it. I have a Sub, and 4 speakers.

I have about 2 feet of space behind my desk, which means i'm really in a bad position to move anywhere. Ill include pics. Thanks for anybody that can suggest a way to setup anything in a possible way! http://imgur.com/a/Kv766

Wrap up the cables with zip ties (a pain if you move stuff around) or velcro (slightly more expensive, but easier to remove and change around).

The rest is pretty hard to tell from the pictures. Can you take pictures head on and from the side of the desk? (The ones you have is at an angle) and the others are too close to get a good feel of what space you have.
