Hotel Wifi Sucks No Ethernet Port

I'm staying in a hotel I'm a great distance from AP what can i buy to.boost wifi.signal in my room.

it's also likely they throttle speeds to each room. so even a strong signal may not offer better speeds.

but askinf for a room closer is probably all you can do. i'm not sure they'd be happy with you trying to create your own wifi network in the hotel even if it is simply a booster.
