Using my laptop's built in hotspot capabilities, I have been able to maintain working wifi for various lengths of time until I get a BSOD. I have extensively searched the web, and have been unable to come up with a working solution. I am unable to read .dmp files (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/i7fuzdrc6judtm3/AAC2NmYamqBBlTWLLhNvFSEIa?dl=0).

system info

Edition: Windows 10 Home
version 1703
OS Build 15063.483
Processor: Intel core i7-47000mq cpu @ 2.40ghz

Network adapters

Intel dual band wireless-ac 3160
realtek pcie gbe family controller
devices/drivers that show when the hotspot is on are all located on Microsoft rras root enumerator.
I couldn't quite find the exact model I have, but it is an HP Envy laptop.
I will provide any other information necessary.

Hi, I ran the dump file(s) through the debugger and got the following information: https://pastebin.com/YTpwuTdu

You have the HP ENVY TS 17 Notebook PC.

I can't help you with this. Wait for someone else to reply. Good luck.

Thank you! I appreciate your help!

NETwbw02.sys - : Intel® Wireless WiFi Link Driver - Intel® Wireless WiFi Link Adapter - need new drivers for add on card

Try running this on notebook, it might fix some of the drivers below - http://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html

Update razer drivers
ISCTD64.sys (Dated Tue Nov 27 2012) - Intel Smart Connect Technology Driver
Update Intel integrated graphics drivers, you have ones for 2015
Rt630x64.sys (Dated Fri Jul 26 2013) - Realtek PCI/PCIe Adapters
TeeDriverW8x64.sys (Dated Thu Jun 11 2015) - Intel Management Engine Interface, download from Intel or HP
update Nvidia drivers
RtsPer.sys (Dated Wed May 6 2015) - RealTek RTS PCIE READER Driver (Card reader perhaps?)

Think the HP Updater may get most of these for you.
not error, just curious why its date is soo wrong all the time: peauth.sys (Dated Sat Dec 9 1989) That is before windows existed?? Its part of windows so I blame Microsoft :)

HP Updater detected no new updates or ongoing issues, yet the issue persists. As per Microsoft tech's suggestions, I reset and wiped my notebook. New dump file available from today.

I appreciate your help, I shouldn't have wiped without you giving me the green light. And as for a correction, HP Assistant didn't detect any driver updates, but intel's dedicated driver updater has. I will keep you posted.

Netwbw02.sys (Dated Sun Oct 9 2016) - Intel® Wireless WiFi Link Driver - this was mentioned in 1 error above - are you using a Wifi USB adapter? Can you follow this and tell us the info provided for the card you have? https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking/000005655.html

When you reset, I assume you didn't update all the drivers after??

old drivers still
iastor.sys (Dated Fri Aug 16 2013) - IAStor stands for Intel SATA Storage Device RAID Controller
TeeDriverW8x64.sys (Dated Thu Jun 11 2015) - Intel Management Engine Interface
ISCTD64.sys (Dated Tue Nov 27 2012) - Intel Smart Connect Technology Driver
igdkmd64.sys (dated Mon Jun 29 2015) - Intel Integrated Graphics Driver

Either search for these individually or try using https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

Leave these 2 alone, they might be okay
RtsPer.sys (dated Wed May 6 2015) - Realtek RTS PCIE READER Driver - this driver should work: https://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/information/17688/
Rt630x64.sys (Dated Fri Jul 26 2013) - Realtek PCI/PCIe Adapters - http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

your netbook: https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04071567

See if fixing top driver is enough.

2 things... did you see the reply above yours and please don't bump, other mods will just close post and you won't get anywhere

I did update the drivers, specifically wireless Bluetooth driver, proset/wireless wifi software driver, and the intel graphics driver. In fact, I was asked just now if I wanted to "update" to the current version as detected by intel DUU from the current version. I am not using a usb wifi adapter. The only viable information I can see related to my wifi card is that it is an Intel Dual band wireless-AC 3160 and that the driver version is (before rebooting for any updates to take effect) 18.33.7.2. After rebooting, I will let you know if the driver version changes and I will manually search for IAStor driver update.

Cheers, appreciate all your work!

Netwbw02.sys appears to be Intel Bluetooth, not just WiFi. I should have confirmed it, I believed what I found on a web site.

As is your Adapter you mentioned: https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/wireless-products/dual-band-wireless-ac-3160-bluetooth-brief.html

The latest drivers for them are version 19.71.0 dated 18 July 2017 - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/75442/Intel-Dual-Band-Wireless-AC-3160

Since last 2 bsod both mention it, if the drivers don't fix it, have to wonder if the problem began with a windows update as I seen a lot of WiFi adapters just stop working recently.
