Hotspot for internet

Hey so I recently moved to a somewhat rural area were not far from the city in fact we have a mall right next to us but no internet companies will come to our house frontier with 1mbps won't even install because the cell tower is to far which isn't true at all it's across the road but anyways I'm a heavy gamer and satellite isn't a good option because of the ping rates so I can get a hotspot device with unlimited data and get the download speed of around 60 and the ping around 40-70 I did a internet test on my phone for the ping and got 35 and money isn't really a problem for the unlimited gigs we can afford it since when we moved we are saving 800 bucks but anyways should I do that or go with satellite even though the ping is 1500+

I highly doubt the ping is 1500+, but if it is, I'd say go for the second option because you are NOT gaming on 1500 ping that's for sure
