Hotspot on iPhone

I cannot access internet on my asus laptop but the hotspot is connected and it's showing "internet access" how to fix it? I'm an iPhone user

are you allowed a hotspot?

some plans still require it as an extra feature. check that first to be sure you can even have use it.

if you are allowed to have it, then check for a PRL update from your provider. you might have an old setting or address and need the new ones
