Hotspot suddenly lagging

I've been using a hotspot from my phone to connect to the internet on my PC for a while now. It started off with a reliable 40ms ping on CS:GO with no spikes, to suddenly having a constant 100-190 varying and I cant figure out what went wrong. I have a full 4bar connection 4G LTE with Verizon, using a wireless Netgear A6100. Download speeds are fine, but ping suddenly has become absolutely trash. Any help?
