Before the summer i ran my 2500+ @ 3200+, temp was about 50-51c. Then the summer came and i set cpu @ 2500+ again. Now summer is all over and its cold outside still my cpu is 53-55c running @ 2500+, i use to run @ 3200+ ffs, i cant do that whith that temp, how the [-peep-] is this possible ???

question is how U monitoring the temps, the onboard diode is not in any way accurate... though sometimes & U can try is to remove the paste & apply new stuff

Trust me I know what I'm doing... ooops, grab the cat...

i run prime95 to stress up cpu then i restart and look @ cputemp in bios.

try using burn-in test programs like sandra or 3dmark 2003.
